Cancellation Policy

Clients are able to cancel their booking up to 14 days prior to their original booking date for a full refund or reschedule their booking. Clients are able to change/reschedule their booking up to 7 days prior to their current booking date. Please email michael@m3creative.net to reschedule your appointment. Cancellation is submitted le14 calendar days prior to booking start time if non-refundable.
