Each individual studio is $75 an hour or you can purchase a studio block.
Studio Blocks are the best way to maximize your studio time and save money. Studio blocks can be used for any of our studios. There are no restrictions, the only condition is they have to be booked in one hour increments.
We do offer the option to rent the entire studio for a private event for $250/HR. Please contact us for more information about out private event rentals.
MIX & MATCH
You can mix and match your studio time when you purchase a studio block. When you purchase a block of time those hours can be used in any of our studios. The only requirement is that time is used in ONE HOUR increments.
RULES & CANCELLATION POLICY
NO underage drinking on premises.
NO illegal drugs on premises.
NO pets or animals.
NO glitter or confetti allowed, NO exceptions.
RENTAL & PAYMENT
The person renting studio space must be 18 years of age and their state issued ID or drivers license must match the card being used for payment.
We believe in not disturbing the creative experience, so it is up to you to manage your the time you booked. If you go over your time you will be billed at the full rate ($75/HR) plus any additional cost (studio engineer, etc) that is a part of your studio experience. However if you plan to purchase a block of time you can use time from your block to cover your overage.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space, in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves.
TRASH - IMPORTANT
Please only place food & drink trash in the trash can located at the coffee bar. All small trash cans located in each studio are for paper and plastic trash only.
There are NO open beverages or drinks allowed near or within the distance that spilling the liquid could cause damage to the equipment.
Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and break-down time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
In the event the cancellation is submitted up to 90 calendar days prior to booking start time the client will receive a 100% refund.
In the event the cancellation is submitted within 90 - 14 calendar days prior to booking start time the client will receive 50% refund.
If the cancellation is submitted less than 14 calendar days prior to booking start time it is non-refundable.
