M3 Creative is looking for a part time personal assistant for the owner Michael.  Pay is negotiable based on experience.

 JOB DESCRIPTION
First point of contact, dealing with emails, phone calls, organizing meetings and appointments. Controlling access to Michael. Running occasional errands, being a constant reminder of things Michael must take care of.

You will be the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the company. This means that their tasks and skills can often be divided into two fields of technical skills and personal skills.

POTENTIAL TASKS (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

  • Managing, filing and submitting paperwork

  • Life management tasks

  • Occasional Shopping

  • Financials (paying bills)

  • Helping with special occasions.

  • Take meeting notes, compile them into meeting minutes and get them to everyone in the meeting then filing them in our Google Drive

  • screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;

  • managing Michael’s personal & studio calendar

  • dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;

  • taking dictation and minutes for all M3 meetings

  • carrying out background research and presenting findings;

  • producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;

  • organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Michael is well prepared for meetings;

  • updating and modifying contracts and other documents

  • assist with streamlining workflow and processes
